We've been adopted!

We have a rabbit hole...

We have a baby bunny...

(Those slats on the gate, to give you a sense of scale, are 3.5 inches wide)

But so far, no Mommy Rabbit. And the little guy's been hanging around outside, a good five feet away from his rabbit hole, all day. I'm a little worried about it, frankly.

Animal Control says just leave the dudes alone and eventually they'll grow up and move away. But if he doesn't find his way to the hole soon I'm putting on gloves and showing him the way, along with a little salad. In the meantime, they're part of the Burr Backyard. Cute!
