Tonight's word usage is inspired by "Scott" (can't find any more info on him) at DallasFood.org. The word is "calibration." Use it to make a meal gone wrong look intentional.
Example: "Of course this is the worst chili I've ever made. It's calibration, so we know exactly how good all the other batches are."
