Question of the Year:

"Can Joshua and I clean up the family room?"

I swear to you these words were spoken to me today by my very own child. Had to write it down, so I wouldn't look back on it as some sort of crazy hallucination.

Joshua wasn't as enthused as Ben, but by gum that family room was clean by the time I got to it! And they weren't even vying for a reward. Ben was just jumping on Mommy's "Well, how about we start making it look like we actually live here and aren't transients" Clean-a-Thon bandwagon.

Just wow, is all.
